鲁北地区世行贷款林业项目管理及发展探究

摘　　要：世行贷款林业项目是我国利用外资发展林业的一种重要方式,有利于改善我国传统造林理念和管理模式,促进与世界林业发展接轨。鲁北地区生态相对脆弱,地方财力有限,引进外资促进林业发展是发展所趋。该文结合当地世行贷款造林项目实施实践,在分析世行贷款林业项目运行管理模式的基础上,讨论世行贷款林业项目发展创新,并对项目建设提出合理性工作建议,旨在为优化世行贷款林业项目管理和林业发展作出积极贡献。The World Bank Loan Forestry Project is an important way to develop forestry with foreign capital in China,which is beneficial to improve our traditional afforestation concept and management model,and promote the development of forestry in line with the world.In the north of Shandong province,the ecology is relatively fragile and the local financial resources are limited.This paper discusses the development and innovation of world bank-loaned forestry projects on the basis of the analysis of the operation and management mode of world bank-loaned forestry projects,and put forward reasonable suggestions for project construction,in order to optimize the World Bank Loan Forestry Project Management and Forestry Development to make a positive contribution.
