摘　　要：微粒皮移植术是大面积深度烧伤救治的一项开创性发明,其外层覆盖物的选择对于微粒皮的成活扩展至关重要。本文通过介绍人源性覆盖物、动物源性覆盖物、人工合成敷料以及皮肤替代物在内的多种微粒皮移植外层覆盖物,总结了近年国内外微粒皮移植外层覆盖物的研究现状,旨在为临床医师的实际应用提供依据及方向。Microskin grafting is a pioneering invention for the treatment of extensive deep burns,and the choice of its outer covering is of critical importance to the survival and expansion of microskin grafts.This article introduces the microskin grafting outer coverings,such as human-derived coverings,animal-derived coverings,synthetic dressings and skin substitute.Moreover,it summarizes the current research of various outer coverings for microskin grafting at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to provide the basis and direction for the practical application by clinicians.
