摘  要:某矿山采用大直径深孔充填采矿法回采,在两步骤回采矿柱时,矿柱底部装矿点挑高区域难以凿岩形成扇形中深孔,导致矿柱回采困难。为高效回收矿柱,提升经济效益,试验并应用了VCR拉槽成井代替潜孔钻机切割成井,同时大孔代替槽区中深孔形成堑沟爆破补偿空间。经过现场工业试验发现,优化施工工艺后,单矿房回采成本降低约5.2万元,矿柱备采时间进一步缩短,显著提升了矿山经济效益,取得了较好的应用效果。A mine uses a large-diameter long-hole filling mining method.When the ore pillars are recovered in two steps, fan-shaped medium-long holes are difficult to form by drilling in the elevated region of loading points down the pillar, causing pillar recovery difficulties.To efficiently recover ore pillars and improve economic profits, VCR trenching and shaft sinking is tested and applied to replace down-the-hole drill cutting and shaft sinking.At the same time, large holes are used to replace medium-long holes in the trench area to form trenching blasting for space compensation.Field industrial test finds that after the construction process is optimized, the stoping cost in a single ore room is reduced by 52 000 yuan, and ore pillar recovery preparation time is shortened further, significantly improving mining economics and achieving good application performance.
