摘 要:针对某黄金冶炼厂烟气净化产生的酸性废水中砷含量高的问题,采用铁盐混凝沉淀法除砷,并对反应条件进行优化。结果表明:铁盐混凝沉淀法除砷的最佳反应条件为七水硫酸亚铁投加量10.0 kg/m~3、反应时间40 min、初始pH值9.0、絮凝剂PAM投加量10 g/m~3、静置时间30 min,处理后废水中砷质量浓度降至0.45 mg/L,满足GB 8978—1996 《污水综合排放标准》中砷排放限值的要求。The arsenic content is high in the acidic wastewater generated in the fume purification process in a gold smeltery.Therefore, coagulation and sedimentation processes were selected to treat the arsenic with ferrous sulfate heptahydrate as the coagulant, and the reaction conditions were optimized.The results show that the optimum arsenic removal conditions were for coagulation and sedimentation process with ferrous sulfate heptahydrate as follows: the ferrous sulfate heptahydrate dosage of 10.0 kg/m~3,the reaction time of 40 min, initial pH value of 9.0,the PAM flocculant dosage of 10 g/m~3,and the precipitation time of 30 min.After the treatment, in the wastewater, the arsenic mass concentration is reduced to 0.45 mg/L,which meets the requirements of the arsenic discharge limit in the GB 8978-1996 Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard.
