白银市农地流转绩效研究

摘　　要：本文分别从经济绩效、社会绩效、生态绩效三个维度选取10个指标构建白银市农地流转绩效评价体系,运用熵值法对2014—2019年白银市农地流转绩效进行综合评价。研究结果表明,(1)准则层中,经济、社会绩效对白银市农地流转综合绩效的影响较大,其权重值分别为0.41和0.419。(2)农作物种植面积、农业机械总动力、农业生产人数及有效灌溉面积权重较高,是影响农地流转综合绩效的主要因素。(3)农地流转对提高农民收入,农村劳动力的转移、提高当地城镇化水平有一定的推动作用。This paper selects 10 relevant indicators from the three dimensions of economy, society and ecology to construct the agricultural land transfer performance evaluation system in Baiyin City, and uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the agricultural land transfer performance in Baiyin City from 2014 to2019. The results show that,(1) economic performance and social performance have a greater impact on the comprehensive performance of agricultural land transfer in Baiyin City, and their weight values are 0.41 and 0.419 respectively.(2) Crop planting area, total power of agricultural machinery, agricultural production and effective the high weight of irrigated area is the main factor affecting the overall performance of agricultural land transfer.(3)Agricultural land transfer has a certain driving effect on increasing farmers’ income, transferring rural labor, and promoting the level of local urbanization.
