基于SWOT-AHP的兰州河口古镇旅游可持续发展研究

摘　　要：为了对兰州河口古镇旅游业的可持续发展战略决策提供理论依据,更好地对现有问题进行调整,本研究运用SWOTAHP分析方法分析河口古镇旅游可持续发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,然后通过层次分析法对河口古镇旅游可持续发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行定量分析,最后通过计算河口古镇旅游发展的优势元素、劣势元素、机遇元素和挑战元素的综合权重值,绘制战略四边形并确定战略方位角。结果表明当前河口古镇的旅游发展应采取保守的克服型战略,在利用好内部优势的同时,警惕来自外部威胁的发展策略。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development strategy decision of the ancient town of Lanzhou Hekou, and to better adjust the existing problems, this study uses the SWOT-AHP analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the sustainable development of the ancient town of Hekou. And then quantitatively analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the sustainable development of tourism in the ancient town of Hekou through the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, by calculating the comprehensive weights of the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the tourism development of the ancient town of Hekou, draw strategic quadrilateral and determine the strategic azimuth. The results show that the current tourism development of Hekou Ancient Town should adopt a conservative strategy of overcoming. While making good use of internal advantages, it should be alert to development strategies from external threats.
