摘 要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为接枝单体,通过转矩流变仪对聚丙烯(PP)进行了接枝改性,并探究了不同温度和单体用量对接枝聚丙烯的扭矩、熔体流动速率(MFR)以及力学性能的影响。通过热重分析仪(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试,分析接枝聚丙烯的热稳定性和结晶行为,对改性聚丙烯进行发泡研究。结果表明:通过红外验证聚丙烯接枝成功。综合考虑扭矩、MFR和力学性能等条件,在170℃下,m(PP)∶m(TMPTA)∶m(DCP)为100∶1.2∶0.05时,制备的接枝聚丙烯的综合性能最优。与纯PP相比,PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05)的力学性能、热稳定性和发泡性能均更优异,其扭矩提高了15%,MFR减小了14.4%,拉伸强度提高了15%,断裂伸长率增加了120%。Polypropylene(PP) was modified by torque rheometer with dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as initiator and trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA) as monomer.The effects of different temperature and monomer amount on torque,melt flow rate(MFR) and mechanical properties of grafted polypropylene were investigated.The thermal stability and crystallization behavior of grafted polypropylene were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) tests.The results show that polypropylene grafting is successfully verified by infrared.Considering the conditions of torque,MFR and mechanical properties,the comprehensive performance of grafted polypropylene was the best when m(PP)∶m(TMPTA)∶m(DCP) is 100∶1.2∶0.05 at 170 ℃.Compared with pure PP,PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05) has better mechanical properties,thermal stability and foaming properties.The torque of PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05) is increased by 15%,the MFR of PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05) is decreased by 14.4%,the tensile strength of PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05) is increased by 15%,and the elongation at break of PP/TMPTA/DCP(100/1.2/0.05) is increased by 120%.
