摘 要:采用开炼混炼法制备3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性玻璃纤维增强增韧回收聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,研究玻璃纤维的含量对回收PP/玻璃纤维复合材料的拉伸性能、冲击性能、熔融与结晶行为、耐热性能与流变性能的影响。结果表明:随着改性玻璃纤维含量的提高,回收PP/玻璃纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量不断增大,冲击强度先升高后降低。复合材料的结晶峰温度随改性玻璃纤维含量的增加而升高,当玻璃纤维含量超过20%,复合材料的结晶峰温度稳定在121℃左右。复合材料的熔融峰温度与纯回收PP相比小幅提高,玻璃纤维明显提升回收PP的耐热性。回收PP及其复合材料的复数黏度随频率增加而降低,储能模量和损耗模量随频率增加而增加,整个剪切过程表现单一松弛过程。Recycled polypropylene(PP) composites reinforced and toughened by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified glass fiber were prepared by open mixing method.The effects of glass fiber content on tensile properties,impact properties,melting and crystallization behavior,heat resistance and rheological properties of recycled PP/glass fiber composites were studied.The results show that with the increasing of modified glass fiber content,the tensile strength and tensile modulus of recycled PP/glass fiber composites increase,and the impact strength increases first and then decreases.The crystallization peak temperature of the composites increases with the increasing of the content of modified glass fiber.When the content of glass fiber exceeds 20%,the crystallization peak temperature of the composite is stable at about121 ℃.The melting peak temperature of the composite is slightly higher than that of the pure recycled PP,and the glass fiber significantly improves the heat resistance of the recycled PP.The complex viscosity of recycled PP and its composites decrease with the increasing of frequency,and the storage modulus and loss modulus increase with the increasing of frequency.The whole shear process showes a single relaxation process.
