摘 要:为改善聚丙烯材料的耐划伤性能,选择有机类划伤剂,分析有机硅划伤剂S1的结构及其在聚丙烯材料中的迁移行为。结果表明:有机硅类划伤剂S1可以明显改善聚丙烯材料的耐划伤性能。弹性体的加入促进S1在聚丙烯中的迁移,不同的弹性体对S1的析出速度产生一定影响。POE 8130明显促进了S1在聚丙烯中的迁移,而POE7467对S1迁移的促进效果较弱。POE含量的提高可以促进S1迁移。In order to improve the scratch resistance of polypropylene materials,organic scratch agents were selected,and the structure of silicone scratch agent S1 and its migration behavior in polypropylene materials were analyzed.The results show that the silicone scratch agent S1 can significantly improve the scratch resistance of polypropylene materials.The addition of elastomer promotes the migration of S1 in polypropylene,and different elastomers have a certain effect on the precipitation rate of S1.POE 8130 significantly promotes the migration of S1 in polypropylene,while POE 7467 has a weaker effect on the migration of S1.The increase of POE content can promote S1 migration.
