摘 要:采用两步法,将双酚A型二醚二酐(BPADA)、4,4’-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)和3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)分别与异构体混合物双环[2.2.1]庚烷二甲胺(NBDA)反应,得到四种浅色透明聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。通过红外测试、晶型测试、热学性能测试、力学性能测试和耐溶剂性能测试等,表征四种PI薄膜。结果表明:四种PI薄膜已经亚胺化完全,呈现无定型结构。四种PI薄膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均在152℃以上,热失重最大分解速率的温度均在500℃左右。四种PI薄膜具有良好的力学性能和耐溶剂性,其中三种PI薄膜在450 nm处的紫外透过率高于81%。Four kinds of light-colored transparent polyimide(PI) films were prepared by two-step reaction of bisphenol A dianhydride(BPADA),4,4’-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA),3,3’,4,4’-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA) and3,3’,4,4’-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA) with the mixture of isomers bicyclo [2.2.1] heptane dimethylamine(NBDA).Four kinds of PI films were characterized by infrared test,crystal form test,thermal property test,mechanical properties test and solvent resistance test.The results show that four kinds of PI films have been completely imidized and exhibits an amorphous structure.The glass transition temperature(Tg) of four kinds of PI films are above152 ℃,and the temperature of the maximum decomposition rate of the thermal weight loss of four kinds of PI films are about 500 ℃.Four kinds of PI films have good mechanical properties and solvent resistance.The UV transmittance of three PI films at 450 nm are higher than 81%.
