摘  要:以环氧树脂为基体,利用单质硅粉作为填料对其改性,制备不同硅含量的环氧树脂基复合材料,分析硅添加量对复合材料烧蚀性能影响。结果表明:单质硅粉添加能够显著提高复合材料的硬度和残炭率,有效提升复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。当单质硅粉添加量为90 g,复合材料的硬度最大为87 HD,残炭率最大为51.9%。氧-乙炔烧蚀过程中,单质硅粉添加量增大,提高了复合材料中心区域热解碳化层中的C含量,在复合材料边缘反应生成SiO2,提高复合材料表面碳化层厚度,改善了复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。Epoxy resin matrix composites with different silicon content were prepared by modifying epoxy resin with silicon powder as filler.The effect of silicon content on the ablation properties of composites was analyzed.The results show that the addition of silicon powder can significantly improve the hardness and carbon residue rate of composites,and effectively improve the ablation resistance of composites.When the addition amount of silicon powder is 90 g,the maximum hardness of composite is 87 HD,and the maximum carbon residue rate is 51.9%.In the process of oxyacetylene ablation,the addition of silicon powder increases,which increases the C content in the pyrolysis carbonization layer in the central region of composite,reacts to generate SiO2at the edge of composite,increases the thickness of the carbonization layer on the surface of composite,and improves the ablation resistance of composite.
