摘 要:为改善无溶剂环氧涂料的耐热性能、疏水性能和防腐性能,促进生物质资源-生漆高值化利用,利用生漆提取物-漆酚与端氨基硅油(AS)协同改性环氧树脂(EP),制备无溶剂涂料。结果表明:当环氧树脂(E51)∶AS∶漆酚的质量比为10∶1.5∶1时,制得15%-硅/漆酚改性环氧树脂(15%-ASUEP)涂层。较未改性的EP涂层,15%-ASUEP的附着力由1级提升至0级,耐冲击由42 cm提升至50 cm,柔韧性由1 mm提升至0.5 mm,硬度由1 H提升至3 H,实部阻抗由2.1×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2)提升至4.8×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),涂层水接触角由68°提升至112°,质量损失50%时的温度提升了21℃,耐候性增强。添加适当量的漆酚和AS显著提升了涂层的力学性能、耐热性能、疏水性能以及防腐性能。In order to improve the heat resistance,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of solvent-free epoxy coatings and promote the high value utilization of biomass resource-raw paint,the epoxy resin(EP)was modified by lacquer extract-urushiol and amino-terminated silicone oil(AS)to prepare solvent-free coatings.The results show that when the mass ratio of epoxy resin(E51)∶AS∶urushiol is 10∶1.5∶1,15%-silicon/urushiol modified epoxy resin(15%-ASUEP)coating is prepared.Compared with the unmodified EP coating,the adhesion of 15%-ASUEP is increased from level 1 to level 0,the impact resistance is increased from 42 cm to 50 cm,the flexibility is increased from 1 mm to 0.5 mm,the hardness is increased from 1 H to 3 H,the real impedance is increased from 2.1×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2) to 4.8×10^(9)Ω·cm^(2),the water contact angle is increased from 68°to 112°,the temperature at 50%mass loss is increased 21℃,and the weather resistance is enhanced.Adding appropriate amount of urushiol and AS significantly improve the mechanical properties,heat resistance,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of the coating.
