摘  要:针对戈壁大温差地区道路混凝土开裂问题,将钢-聚丙烯纤维掺入混凝土,测试各项指标,并通过微观形貌和纤维间距理论,探究纤维对混凝土抗裂作用机理。结果表明:随着纤维掺量增多,混凝土的黏聚性和保水性良好,坍落度值为100~120 mm,抗压强度、抗折强度和折压比(RFC)均呈增长趋势,弾强比(PSR)呈降低趋势。7 d时混凝土的PSR稳定在1 190左右,28 d时混凝土的PSR在1 025左右。7 d时混凝土的RFC为9%~14%,28 d时混凝土的RFC为12%~19%。波浪形钢纤维(WSF)与混凝土之间产生较强的黏结力和机械咬合力,聚丙烯纤维(PPF)可以均匀分散在混凝土中,分散和释放一定量的应力,起加强筋作用。结合纤维间距理论、SEM分析和力学性能分析,推荐WSF与PPF的体积比为1∶2的混掺方式。Aiming at the cracking problem of road concrete in Gobi area with large temperature difference,steelpolypropylene fiber was mixed into concrete,and various indexes were tested.Through micro-morphology and fiber spacing theory,the mechanism of fiber anti-cracking effect on concrete was explored.The results show that with the increasing of fiber content,the cohesion and water retention of concrete are good,the slump value is 100~120 mm,the compressive strength,flexural strength and ratio of flexural-compressive strength(RFC) are increasing,and the projectile strength ratio(PSR) is decreasing.The PSR of concrete is stable at about 1 190 at 7 d and about 1 025 at 28 d.The RFC of concrete is 9%~14% at 7 d and 12%~19% at 28 d.Wave steel fiber(WSF) and concrete produce strong bonding force and mechanical bite force.Polypropylene fiber(PPF) can be uniformly dispersed in concrete,disperse and release a certain amount of stress,and play a role in strengthening ribs.Combined with fiber spacing theory,SEM analysis and mechanical properties analysis,the volume ratio of WSF to PPF is recommended to be 1∶2.
