摘  要:为了利用聚乳酸(PLA)和己二酸-对苯二甲酸-丁二酯共聚物(PBAT)的性能优势,将PLA与PBAT按照质量比85∶15进行熔融挤出造粒,制备PLA/PBAT流延膜。在不同拉伸温度和不同拉伸比条件下,探究PLA/PBAT薄膜的结晶行为、熔融特性、透光率、雾度和力学性能。结果表明:拉伸温度相同时,随着拉伸比的提高,薄膜的结晶度显著提高。当拉伸温度为75℃,拉伸比由1.5提高至4.0,薄膜的结晶度提高了44%。当拉伸温度为75℃,拉伸比为4.0时,PLA/PBAT薄膜的拉伸强度和拉伸模量高达111.8 MPa和10.1 GPa。当拉伸温度为85℃,降低拉伸比有利于提高薄膜的韧性。当拉伸温度为85℃,拉伸比为1.5,PLA/PBAT薄膜的断裂伸长率高达96.2%。拉伸温度相同时,随着拉伸比的提高,PLA/PBAT薄膜透光率增大,雾度减小。In order to take advantage of the performance advantages of polylactic acid(PLA) and poly(butylene adipateco-terephthalate)(PBAT),PLA/PBAT films were prepared by melt extrusion granulation of PLA and PBAT at a mass ratio of 85∶ 15.The crystallization behavior,melting characteristics,transmittance,haze and mechanical properties of PLA/PBAT films were investigated under different tensile temperatures and tensile ratios.The results show that the crystallinity of films increase significantly with the increasing of stretching ratio at same stretching temperature.When the stretching temperature is 75 ℃,the stretching ratio is increased from 1.5 to 4.0,and the crystallinity of film is increased by 44%.When the tensile temperature is 75 ℃ and the tensile ratio is 4.0,the tensile strength and tensile modulus of PLA/PBAT film are as high as 111.8 MPa and 10.1 GPa.When the tensile temperature is 85 ℃,reducing the tensile ratio is beneficial to improve the toughness of film.When the tensile temperature is 85 ℃,the tensile ratio is 1.5,the elongation at break of PLA/PBAT film is as high as 96.2%.At the same stretching temperature,with the increasing of stretching ratio,the transmittance of PLA/PBAT films increase and the haze decrease.
