摘 要:目前,随着城镇化速度放缓,早期快速城镇化遗留下来的耕地“非农化”和“非粮化”问题亟需解决,加大耕地资源保护力度蓄势待发。本研究以江西省抚州市为例,基于30年土地利用现状数据,运用Arcgis软件构建土地利用转移矩阵,从时间和空间上分析网格尺度的耕地资源变化特征,同时利用优化的热点分析对研究区的耕地资源变化热点区域进行识别分析。结果表明:(1)抚州市从1990年到2020年30年间耕地总面积减少了8.97万hm^(2)。其中,1990—2000年耕地面积变化幅度较小,仅增加0.02万hm^(2);2000—2010年耕地面积出现减少趋势,减少面积为0.74万hm^(2);2010—2020年耕地面积被其他地类占用情况严重,大幅减少8.25万hm^(2)。(2)抚州市1990—2020年的耕地资源变化特征显著,变化强度大,涉及范围广。2010—2020年中心城区变化强度在20%~100%范围内,耕地主要转化为建设用地,其次属于耕地资源内部转化以及受退耕还林的影响转为林地。(3)抚州市耕地资源变化热点区域从1990—2000年的斑块面积小,空间上散乱分布,到2000—2010年的沿抚河流域规律性呈带状分布,再到2010—2020年的整体向抚州市北部转移,形成以市区为中心放射状分布,具有明显的方向性和集中性特征。综上,研究结果可为夯实粮食主产区地位,保护耕地资源提供强有力支撑点。At present,with the slowdown of urbanization,the problem of ′non-agricultural′ and ′non-food′ of arable land left behind by early rapid urbanization needs to be solved,and the momentum of increasing the protection of arable land resources is waiting to be developed.This study took Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,as an example,and used Arcgis software to construct a land use transfer matrix based on 30 years of current land use data to analyze the characteristics of arable land resource changes at the grid scale in time and space,as well as to identify and analyze the hot spots of arable land resource changes in the study area by using optimized hot spot analysis.The results showed that:(1) the total arable land area in Fuzhou City decreased by 8.97 million hm^(2)during the 30years from 1990 to 2020,among which,the change in arable land area was small from 1990 to 2000,with an increase of only 0.22million hm^(2);the arable land area decreased from 2000 to 2010,with a decrease of 0.74 million hm^(2),from 2010 to 2020,the cultivated land area was occupied seriously by other types of land,and decreased by 8.25 million hm^(2).(2) The change of arable land resources in Fuzhou from 1990 to 2020 was significant,with a large intensity of change and a wide range.The intensity of change in the central urban area from 2010 to 2020 was within the range of 20% to 100%,and the arable land was mainly converted into construction land,followed by the internal conversion of arable land resources and the conversion into forest land under the influence of returning farmland to forest.(3) The hot spot area of arable land resource change in Fuzhou City ranges from small patch size and spatially scattered distribution in 1990-2000,to regular belt-like distribution along the Fuzhou River basin in 2000-2010,to overall shift to the north of Fuzhou City in 2010-2020,forming the distribution was radial with the urban area as the center,with obvious directional and concentrated characteristics.In summary,the research results could provid
