摘　　要：新技术对于科技期刊优化发展具有重要作用。文章针对科技期刊出版在“互联网+”大环境中出现的问题,如论文撰写时的抄袭、剽窃、侵占等学术不端行为,论文投稿时的一稿多投、重复发表行为,论文评审时的同行评审信任危机,学术出版后的评价体系公信力危机等,利用区块链技术所具有的去中心化、数据不可篡改、智能合约、可追溯等特性,对这些问题和危机逐一进行化解,助力科技期刊实现高质量发展。New technology plays an important role in optimizing the development of scientific journals. In view of the problems of scientific and technological journal publishing in the “Internet+” environment, such as academic misconduct, plagiarism and embezzlement when writing papers, multiple submissions and repeated publication when submitting papers, peer review trust crisis when reviewing papers, and public trust crisis of evaluation system after academic publication, the article makes use of the decentralized, data tamperable, smart contract, traceability to solve these problems and crises one by one to help scientific journals achieve high-quality development.
