摘  要:为研究绵羊周岁体重与血液生理生化指标的相关性,筛选可反映绵羊生长发育的关键生理生化指标,以便为品系的选育提高提供理论基础。以154只周岁多胎萨福克羊为研究对象,称量体重,应用全自动血液细胞分析仪和生化检测仪测定绵羊外周血中23个生理指标和11个生化指标的含量,分析性别间体重、生理生化指标含量的差异,并通过多元回归分析周岁体重与生理生化指标的相关性。结果表明,公羊的周岁体重和血液中Neu、Neu%均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),Eos%、Lymph%和MCV均极显著低于母羊(P<0.01),Mon和RDW-CV均显著高于母羊(P<0.05),Lymph和HCT均显著低于母羊(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,绵羊周岁体重与生理指标Neu、Neu%之间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),与HGB之间存在显著正相关(P<0.05);周岁体重与生化指标ALT、ALP和γ-GT之间均存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)。多元回归分析表明,血液生理生化指标对周岁体重的回归方程为Y=0.260X_(1)+0.246X_(2)+0.473X_(3)-0.547X_(4)-0.280X_(5)+0.265X_(6)+0.229X_(7)+33.365,Neu、Neu%、ALT、TP和γ-GT的含量可间接评价周岁体重。说明绵羊性别、体重以及血液生理生化指标三者之间具有一定程度的相关性,在多胎萨福克羊选育过程中可考虑Neu、Neu%、ALT和γ-GT作为间接选种的生理生化指标。This paper was conducted to study the correlation between yealing mass and blood physiological and biochemical indicators of sheep,to obtain the key physiological and biochemical indexes for the growth and development of sheep,and so as to provide a basis for the breeding improvement of sheep.In this study,one hundred and fifty-four profilic Suffolk sheep were selected and weighed.The content of 23 physiological and 11 biochemical indexes were detected in peripheral blood of sheep by automatic hematocrit analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer.The differences of body mass and content of physiological and biochemical indexes between sexes were analyzed,and the correlation between yealing mass and physiological and biochemical indexes was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the rams had extremely significantly higher yealing mass and content of Neu and Neu%in peripheral blood than the ewes(P<0.01),and the rams had extremely significantly lower content of Eos%,Lymph%and MCV than the ewes(P<0.01).Mon and RDW-CV were significantly higher(P<0.05),and Lymph and HCT were significantly lower(P<0.05)in rams than in ewes.Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between yealing mass and Neu and Neu%(P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation with HGB(P<0.05).There was a highly significant positive correlation between yealing mass and ALT,ALP andγ-GT(P<0.01).The multiple regression equations of blood physiological and biochemical indexs on yealing mass were Y=0.260X_(1)+0.246X_(2)+0.473X_(3)-0.547X_(4)-0.280X_(5)+0.265X_(6)+0.229X_(7)+33.365.The levels of Neu,Neu%,ALT,TP andγ-GT indexes could indirectly evaluate yealing mass.In summary,there was a degree of correlation between sheep sex,body mass and blood physiological and biochemical indices,and Neu,Neu%,γ-GT and ALT indexes could be used as indirect selection indicators in breeding of prolific Suffolk sheep.
