摘  要:生物体中,基因决定蛋白质的水平,但是几乎所有蛋白质发挥活性功能都需经过复杂的修饰过程,故而仅仅研究基因的表达水平并不能了解生物体蛋白的功能水平。蛋白质组学某种程度上是对基因组研究的一种补充,通过研究蛋白质的活性功能及蛋白质之间的相互作用等以全面揭示基因组表达,更好地揭示生命活动的现象与规律。文章简述了蛋白质组学的基本分类与核心技术,并重点阐述了蛋白质组学在牦牛及犏牛育种、繁殖、食品3个方面的研究应用,并对牦牛和犏牛蛋白质组学的应用发展进行了展望。Genes determine the level of proteins,but almost all proteins need to go through a complex modification process to perform active functions,so just studying the expression level of genes does not understand the functional level of living proteins.To some extent,proteomics is a supplement to genomic research,through the study of the active function of proteins and the interaction between proteins to fully reveal the expression of the genome,and better reveal the phenomena and laws of life activities.This paper briefly described the basic classification and core technologies of proteomics,and focuses on the research and application of proteomics in the three aspects of yak and cattle-yak breeding,reproduction and food,and prospected for the application and development of yak and cattle-yak proteomics.
