摘 要:近年来,随着国家铁路桥梁的迅速发展,桥梁顶升施工的应用越发广泛。钢抱箍支承结构具有可循环使用、拆卸便捷、不损伤原结构等特点,将钢抱箍支承结构应用在桥梁顶升施工中,不仅能节约巨大的支撑成本,施工方便,并且其适用范围广,尤其针对高墩高支模等情况,其优越性尤为突出。基于某铁路桥梁圆形混凝土墩柱支座更换工程,提出了两种新型钢抱箍连接节点,并对其设计原则和设计参数进行了分析;利用ABAQUS软件建立了两种节点的准确有限元模型,对钢抱箍节点受力性能开展数值模拟分析,结果表明:两种新型连接节点的承载力及变形均能够满足工程设计要求。研究结果可为今后同类工程提供参考。With the fast development of national railway bridges in recent years,bridge jacking construction has become more prevalent. The steel hoop supporting structure is recyclable,easy to disassemble,and does not cause any harm to the existing structure. The employment of steel hoop supporting structures in bridge jacking construction may not only save substantial support costs and make construction easier,but also offers a vast range of applications. Particularly for the high pier and high formwork,its benefits are evident. This study offers two novel steel hoop joints based on a railway bridge circular concrete pier bearing replacement project and evaluates their design concepts and design characteristics. Using ABAQUS software,precise finite element models of the two types of joints are developed,and a numerical simulation investigation of the mechanical performance of steel hoop joints is conducted. The findings indicate that the load-bearing capacity and deformation of the two new joints fulfil the criteria of the engineering design. The findings of this study may serve as a reference for similar projects.
