双碳背景下林农生产行为的影响因素研究——基于福建省南平市农户调查

摘　　要：通过对福建省南平市林农进行问卷调查获取数据,利用Logit模型,基于农户行为理论,从农户家庭、农户认知、林地等角度选择变量,对影响林农生产行为的因素进行分析。结果表明:家庭劳动力人数占总人口的比例、林业支出、交通便利性对林农生产行为具有显著正向影响,林地细碎化程度呈负向影响,而农户认知影响并不显著,并且对研究结果进行讨论。在研究结论的基础上,提出了应当加强农户培训,提升农户的认知,促进新型职业农民的形成;完善农村基础设施,激励农户开展林业生产活动;制定相应的激励政策,促进重新利用抛荒林地的对策建议。Through the questionnaire survey of forest farmers in Nanping City,Fujian Province,the data were obtained.Using logit model,based on the theory of farmers'behavior,variables were selected from the perspective of family,farmers'cognition,forest land and so on,and the factors affecting the production behavior of forest farmers were analyzed.The results show that the proportion of household labor force in the total population,forestry expenditure and transportation convenience have a significant positive impact on the production behavior of forest farmers,and the degree of forest fragmentation has a negative impact,while the cognitive impact of farmers is not significant,and the research results are discussed.On the basis of the research conclusions,in order to help achieve the goals of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutralization”as soon as possible and promote the effective increase of forest sinks,the following suggestions are put forward:first,farmers'training should be strengthened to enhance farmers'awareness and promote the formation of new professional farmers;Secondly,we need to improve rural infrastructure and encourage farmers to carry out forestry production activities;Finally,corresponding incentive policies should be formulated to promote the reuse of abandoned forest land.
