电梯独立入户的叠墅户型建筑的研究

摘　　要：以广东省河源市某叠墅户型建筑项目为背景,提出为每户叠墅业主提供电梯及室外楼梯入户的设计方案与解决方法,对叠墅户型建筑应用电梯独立入户设计方式进行研究,对交通组织方式优化前后进行比较。结果证明,叠墅户型建筑应用电梯独立入户设计方式能够有效改善业主生活品质,交通便捷性增强,能够提高公用空间资源的利用价值。Based on the background of an apartment building project in Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, this paper puts forward the design scheme and solution of providing elevators and outdoor stairs for each owner of stacked villas, aims to study the application of elevator independent entrance design in apartment buildings, and compares the traffic organization method before and after optimization.The results show that the application of elevator independent entrance design can effectively improve the quality of life of the owners,enhance the convenience of transportation, and improve the utilization value of public space resources.
