城市更新视阈下步行商街改造路径研究——以合肥市淮河路步行街改造提升为例

摘　　要：在城市更新、老城文化复兴的政策引导下,传统商业步行街区的更新不仅强调空间风貌的改善,同时更加重视街区业态布局、社会经济发展以及客群的满意度等方面的提升。论文通过空间句法理论,针对合肥市淮河路步行街区的物质空间环境与业态布局、客群需求建立理想模型,揭示客群商业行为活动规律,并以此为依据,提出“小切口”“微改造”的更新改造路径。Under the guidance of the policy of urban renewal and the cultural revival of the old city, the renewal of the traditional commercial pedestrian district not only emphasizes the improvement of the space style, but also pays more attention to the improvement of the business layout of the block, the social and economic development and the satisfaction of the customers. Based on the theory of space syntax, this paper establishes an ideal model for the physical space environment, business layout and customer demand of Huaihe Road Pedestrian District in Hefei, reveals the law of customer business activities, and on this basis, proposes the renewal and transformation path of“small incision”and“micro transformation”.
