摘 要:描述了高速公路桥梁段罩面工程试验段早期破坏情况,分析了设计方案与施工情况。基于此,阐述了高速公路桥梁段罩面早期破坏的原因为水损害破坏与旧桥面沥青混凝土下底层出现问题,得出需采取预防早期破坏的施工技术、防水层施工技术与工艺并做好交通管制,通过综合处理方案,加强对施工全过程的有效控制,能有效延长罩面使用年限,减少发生病害的概率,确保高速公路桥梁工程施工质量。This paper describes the early failure of the test section of the expressway bridge cover engineering, analyzes the design scheme and construction situation. Based on this, this paper expounds the causes of early damage, which are water damage and the problem of bottom layer under asphalt concrete of old bridge deck. It is concluded that the construction technology, waterproof layer construction technology and process to prevent early damage and traffic control should be done well. Through the comprehensive treatment scheme, the effective control of the whole construction process should be strengthened, it can effectively extend the service life of the overlay, reduce the probability of disease, and ensure the construction quality of expressway bridge engineering.
