摘  要:以徽州大道南延项目桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工为背景,介绍了该工程穿透厚砂层地质条件下水下灌注桩基础的施工控制措施,指出砂层地质下,极易出现孔壁塌孔造成的质量、工期、成本甚至安全等方面的不良影响,并综合钻机选择、泥浆指标与水头控制、钻进速率、工序控制以及封底工艺等,总结出在穿透厚砂层地质时的施工控制方法,最终取得了良好的施工效果。Based on the construction of bored cast-in-place piles for the bridge of Huizhou Avenue South Extension project, this paper introduces the construction control measures of the underwater cast-in-place pile foundation under the geological condition of penetrating thick sand layer, and points out that it is easy to have various adverse effects such as quality, time limit, cost and even safety caused by hole wall collapse under the geological condition of sand layer. Combining drilling rig selection, mud index and water head control, drilling rate,working procedure control and bottom sealing technology, the construction control method in penetrating thick sand stratum is summarized,and good construction effect is achieved at last.
