摘 要:中山市坦洲快线大悬臂隐形盖梁施工项目中,坦洲快线工程在现有道路上进行改扩建,盖梁下方的车道要保持社会车辆正常通车,在空间受限工况下,盖梁施工采用大悬臂支架施工技术,钢筋施工采用在地面上整体预制吊装技术,不仅减少了钢筋现场绑扎的高空作业风险,还大大节约了每个盖梁的施工工期,每个盖梁施工可节约工期8 d。该技术不仅能解决施工技术及进度问题,还解决了施工路段社会车辆通行问题。In the large cantilever invisible beam construction of Tanzhou Express in Zhongshan City, Tanzhou Express project is to renovate and expand the existing road, the normal traffic of social vehicles should be maintained under the cover beam. Under the restricted space condition, the construction technology of large cantilever bracket is adopted in the construction of the cover beam. The whole precast hoisting technology on the ground is adopted in the construction of steel bars, which not only reduces the risk of working high above the ground, but also greatly saves the construction period of each cover beam, which can save eight days for each cover beam.
