摘 要:传统产业布局规划对存量背景下空间供给与产业需求间的相互关系研究不足,导致规划可操作性不强。论文尝试破解这一技术难点,完善规划编制的技术和方法,以深圳市南山区为样本,基于GIS空间信息平台,利用交叉统计和空间叠加等量化分析手段,识别产业布局与产业空间的耦合关系,并建立以产业园区为基本单位的分类布局和空间管理体系。Traditional industrial layout planning has insufficient research on the relationship between space supply and industrial demand under the background of stock, which leads to poor planning operability. This paper tries to solve this technical difficulty and improve the technology and method of planning. Taking Nanshan District of Shenzhen City as an example, based on GIS spatial information platform,using quantitative analysis methods such as cross statistics and spatial superposition, it identifies the coupling relationship between industrial layout and industrial space, and establishes the classified layout and spatial management system with industrial parks as the basic unit.
