摘 要:随着制造业的快速发展,由印染行业产出的染料废水对水体环境造成了严重的危害。在众多的染料废水处理技术中,吸附技术成本低、去除效率高,是目前染料废水处理工艺中一种较为经济有效的方法。水凝胶独特的三维网络和多孔结构、强可塑性及低成本,使其在吸附材料中具有较强的竞争力。在水凝胶中引入金属氧化物纳米颗粒,可以提高水凝胶的力学性能及吸附选择性和吸附效率,从而改善其染料废水的处理能力。本文概述了纳米金属氧化物复合水凝胶的制备方法,综述近五年纳米金属氧化物复合水凝胶在染料废水处理方面应用,并对该类材料后续的研究与开发进行了展望。With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the dye wastewater produced by the printing and dyeing industry has caused serious harm to the water environment.Adsorption technology has low cost and high removal efficiency,which is a cost-effective method in the current dye wastewater treatment process.The unique three-dimensional network and porous structure,strong plasticity and low cost of hydrogels make them highly competitive in adsorption materials.The introduction of metal oxide nanoparticles in hydrogels can improve the mechanical properties,adsorption selectivity and adsorption efficiency of hydrogels,thereby improving the treatment capacity of dye wastewater.In this paper,the preparation of nano metal oxide composite hydrogels is summarized,the application of nano metal oxide composite hydrogels in dye wastewater treatment is reviewed,and the subsequent research and development of such materials are prospected.
