乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 研究老年阴道炎患者接受乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗的临床效果。方法 选取80例老年阴道炎患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组各项指标。结果 与治疗前比,治疗后两组健康状况调查简表评分均升高,且治疗组高于对照组;治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组白带异常、瘙痒感、阴道充血、灼痛感症状消失时间均短于对照组;治疗期间治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年性阴道炎患者采取乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗效果理想,可有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with estradiol valerate in elderly patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules,and the treatment group was treated with estradiol valerate on the basis of the control group.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the 36-itemshort-form scores of both groups increased after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group;the total effective of the treatment group rate after treatment was higher than that of the control group;the disappearance time of symptoms of abnormal leucorrhea,itching,vaginal congestion and burning pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group during the treatment was lower than that in the control group group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with senile vaginitis,lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
