摘 要:对汽车配件厂废乳化液、切削液的混合废水采用掺硼金刚石电极(BDD电极)电化学氧化工艺进行处理,处理规模为12 m^(3)/d。采用BDD电极,加入过硫酸钠作为电解质,电流密度控制在50~80 mA/cm^(2),电解反应时间约3 h,对工艺进行长时间运行以考察电化学处理效果。结果表明:出水COD、氨氮、石油类浓度分别低于300、30、20 mg/L,COD、石油类的去除率均大于99%,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)及《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627—2008)。该工艺具有设备简单、占地面积小、操作方便、运行稳定等优点,可为同类废水的处理提供参考。Boron-doped diamond(BDD) electrode electrochemical oxidation process with treatment scale of 12 m^(3)/d was employed to treat the emulsion liquid and cutting fluid mixed wastewater from an auto parts factory. Except BDD electrode, other reaction conditions were as follows: adding sodium persulfate as electrolyte, current density of 50-80 mA/cm^(2) and electrolysis reaction time of approximately 3 h. The process was operated for a long time to investigate the electrochemical treatment performance. COD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum in effluent were lower than 300 mg/L, 30 mg/L and20 mg/L, respectively, and the removal efficiencies of COD and petroleum were higher than 99%. The effluent quality met the limits specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)and Liaoning Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 21/1627-2008). The process has advantages such as simple equipment, small footprint area, easy operation and stability, which can provide reference for the treatment of similar wastewater.
