摘 要:近年来,发电主体多元化、网架结构灵活化以及负荷形式多样化的转变,为电力系统的弹性提升提供了潜在的调控资源,同时也为电力系统在极端事件下的弹性运行引入了多元不确定性。首先阐述了海量异质资源接入为电力系统弹性提升带来的潜力和挑战,指出多元不确定性是制约弹性提升的关键因素;其次,对极端事件全时段下的多元不确定性及其特征进行了梳理,并以此为基础,调研了海量资源参与弹性提升的相关研究;然后,提出了极端事件下多元不确定性问题的研究框架,总结了相关的优化建模技术;最后,对未来研究方向进行了展望,为多元不确定性环境下构建弹性提升技术提供参考。The advancement in communication and power electronics technologies, as well as the energy transition, brings about a major transformation of power system;meanwhile, the multi-variant uncertainty of power system is also introduced in the potential resilience operation during extreme events by the diversification of power generation entities,flexibility of grid structure, and diversification of load types. By discussing the potentials and challenges induced by the penetration of massive heterogeneous resources in the context of power system resilience enhancement, this paper demonstrates the multi-source uncertainties as the critical causes limiting the resilience enhancement. On this premise, the relevant study on the contribution of massive resources to the resilience enhancement is reviewed. The research framework of multi-source uncertainties under extreme events is then presented, along with a summary of the relevant optimization modeling techniques. Finally, the paper puts forward the prospects in future study so as to provide a reference for the resilience enhancement problems in the presence of multi-source uncertainties.
