摘  要:常规12脉波整流器会对电网造成大量谐波污染,为提高整流器交/直流侧电能质量,并权衡电能质量与经济成本等其它方面因素,提出一种混合谐波抑制方法,将其运用于多脉波整流器。通过建立星型自耦变压整流器混合谐波抑制模型,分析直流侧复合环流的调制原理,揭示混合谐波抑制机理;以网侧输入电流无谐波为目标,设计有源环节最优谐波抑制条件下,研究混合谐波抑制方法对整流器工作特性影响,并与其它谐波抑制方法比较。理论分析、仿真结果表明,所提出的方法谐波抑制代价较小,提高整流器电能质量的同时,有效降低磁性器件容量,保证较高的能量转化效率,更适合运用于大功率整流场合。The conventional 12-pulse rectifier can result in a lot of harmonics to the power grid. In order to improve both the AC and DC-side power quality of the rectifier, after the power quality and other aspects such as economic cost are compromised, a hybrid harmonic suppression method is proposed and is applied to multi-pulse rectifier. By establishing a hybrid harmonic suppression model based on star-connected auto-transformer, the modulation principle of DC-side composite circulating current is analyzed, and the hybrid harmonic suppression mechanism is revealed. With the goal of no harmonics in the grid-side output current, the compensating current of the active link and the inter-phase reactor are designed to achieve the best harmonic suppression effect. Under the optimal harmonic suppression condition, the influences of hybrid harmonic suppression method on the operation characteristics of rectifier are studied and compared with those of other harmonic suppression methods. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has low harmonic suppression cost, improves the power quality of the rectifier, effectively reduces the kVA ratings of magnetic devices, ensures higher energy conversion efficiency, and is more suitable for high-power rectifier applications.
