摘  要:随着新能源发电占比的不断提升,其出力的随机性和波动性给电网的安全稳定运行带来巨大挑战。在电网中合理配置电池储能系统是提升新能源发电接入和消纳的重要手段。从输配电网全局的层面考虑集中式与分布式电池储能的协同优化规划,其中,集中式电池储能接入输电网、分布式电池储能接入配电网。将整个问题分解为输电网层的集中式储能优化配置主问题和各个配电网层的分布式储能优化配置子问题。为考虑两层间有功和无功功率交换,主问题采用了计及无功功率的输电网线性化潮流模型。针对主问题和子问题的特点,提出了改进分析目标级联法进行求解。基于IEEE 24节点输电网和IEEE 33节点配电网设计算例系统进行仿真分析,结果表明,所提方法可通过在输配电网中合理配置电池储能有效提升电网新能源消纳能力。With the increasing proportion of renewable energy power generation,the randomness and volatility of its output bring great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Installing appropriate battery energy storage system in the power grid is an important means to promote the access and accommodation of the renewable energy power generation.From the perspective of transmission and distribution networks,the coordinated optimization planning for the centralized and distributed battery energy storage systems is considered.The centralized battery energy storage systems are installed in the transmission network and distributed battery energy storage systems are installed in the distribution network.The whole problem is decomposed into a main problem of optimal configuration for the centralized energy storage at the transmission network layer and a subproblem of optimal configuration for the distributed energy storage at each distribution network layer.In order to consider the active and reactive power exchange between the two layers,the linearized power flow model of the transmission network including reactive power is adopted in the main problem.In view of the characteristics of the main problem and the subproblem,an improved analytical target cascading method is proposed to solve the problem.Simulation analysis is carried out on the basis of the designed system with the IEEE 24-bus transmission network and the IEEE 33-bus distribution network.Results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the renewable energy accommodation capability in the power grid by installing appropriate battery energy storage in transmission and distribution networks.
