摘  要:低压配电线路参数是进行非突发性故障预警、线损计算等研究的重要基础。然而,由于智能电表提供的信息不足及中性线的存在,线路参数方程求解困难。为此,提出了一种计算三相四线制低压配电线路参数的方法。首先,假定线路阻抗初值,并根据已知拓扑分析各段中性线上的功率损耗;其次,推算线路功率分布及电流相位角,并利用相位角与测量值形成新的电气量;最后,基于最小二乘法迭代求解实际线路阻抗值。通过包含20个负荷节点、47条线路的算例,验证了所提方法的有效性。The parameters of low-voltage distribution lines are the important basis for predicting non-sudden failures and calculating line losses.However,given the insufficiency of information provided by smart meters and the existence of neutral lines,it is difficult to solve the equations for line parameters.Thus,a method for calculating the parameters of three-phase four-wire lowvoltage distribution lines is proposed.Initially,the line impedances are assumed to be certain values,and the power loss of each neutral line is analyzed based on the known topology.Subsequently,the transmitted power and the phase angle of the current of each line are calculated,and new electrical quantities are formed using the above phase angles and measured data.Finally,based on the least-square method,the actual line impedances can be computed iteratively.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example with 20 load nodes and 47 lines.
