摘 要:变、储、充多功能综合站作为配电网、交通网、新兴分布式资源连接的枢纽,是电力物联网建设的基础单元。基于综合站支撑充电、分布式交易两类新兴业务的成本投入和增值服务收益的细粒度经济性分析,建立综合站选址以及变、储、充设备定容统一优化模型。模型计及综合站内储能对分布式交易的支撑,将储能配置和充放电运行决策嵌入基于交替方向乘子法(ADMM)的分布式交易潜力分析,实现分布式交易组态结构与综合站供电服务范围划分的协同优化。采用内嵌ADMM的Voronoi图改进迭代寻优方法,求解综合站规划模型。算例分析结果表明,采用所提模型优化规划综合站可实现综合站多业务协同增效,促进电力-交通网深度融合以及各类分布式资源规模化接入和消纳。As the hub of the connection of distribution network,transportation network,and emerging distributed resources,the multi-functional integrated station of the substation,energy storage,and charging equipment is the basic unit of the construction of power Internet of Things.Based on the fine-grained economic analysis of the cost input and value-added service income of the two emerging services,i.e.,integrated station support charging and distributed transaction,a unified optimization model for the location of integrated stations and the capacity of the substation,energy storage,and charging equipment is established.The model takes into account the support of the energy storage in the integrated station for the distributed transaction,and embeds the energy storage configuration and the charging and discharging operation decision into the distributed transaction potential analysis based on the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM),so as to realize the collaborative optimization of the distributed transaction configuration structure and the division of the power supply service scope of the integrated station.The Voronoi diagram embedded with ADMM is used to improve the iterative optimization method and solve the planning model of the integrated station.The results of the example analysis show that the multi-service synergy of the integrated station can be realized using the proposed model to optimize the planning of the integrated station,as well as the deep integration of the power-transportation network and the large-scale access and accommodation of various distributed resources can be promoted.
