摘  要:分段浇筑梁的抗弯性能不如整浇梁的,基于此,研究分段浇筑产生的界面处不同的处理方式、钢筋间距、布筋方式、预应力施加大小对分段浇筑钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:凿毛处理可以提高分段浇筑混凝土梁的抗弯性能;增大布筋间距,可以减小梁的挠度,抗弯性能呈非线性增大趋势;对比两种布筋方式,选择适当的布筋方式可以提高分段浇筑钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能;施加预应力能很好提高分段浇筑梁的抗弯性能和延缓梁体开裂时机,施加预应力大小为8 kN~20 kN,可以很好提高梁的抗弯性能,控制预应力损失对提高分段浇筑混凝土梁抗弯性能至关重要。In some cases,due to the special construction conditions,the cast-in-place beam has to be cast in sections,which makes the beam’s flexural performance inferior to that of the cast-in-place beam.The effects of different treatment methods at the interface caused by segmented pouring,steel bar spacing,reinforcement method,and prestress applied on the flexural performance of segmented reinforced concrete beams are studied.The test results show that:the chiseling treatment can improve the bending resistance of the segmented concrete beam;increasing the spacing of the reinforcement can reduce the deflection of the beam,and the bending resistance shows a nonlinear increase trend;compare the two reinforcement methods,choose appropriate arrangement of reinforcement can improve the bending resistance of segmented reinforced concrete beams;applying prestress can well improve the bending performance of segmented beams and delay the cracking of the beam.The size of the applied prestress is 8 kN~20 kN,the application of prestress can improve the flexural performance of beams.Controlling the loss of prestress is very important to improve the flexural performance of concrete beams cast by sections.
