摘  要:目的探讨头低位卧床姿势对视野的影响。方法选取17名男性志愿者进行15天的-6°头低位卧床姿势实验,分别测量卧床前1天、卧床第4天、卧床第9天、卧床第13天、卧床后第3天视野。结果头低位卧床对视野有显著影响。卧床第4天视野面积显著变小、视野形状不规则性增加。卧床第9天,视野恢复至基线水平。卧床结束后第3天,视野呈现出远视倾向。结论为模拟失重条件下的视功能评估和眼部健康监测提供参考依据。Objective In this study,the effect of microgravity on the visual lobe was explored through a head-down tilt bed rest simulation experiment.Methods The study used a 15-day-6°head-down tilt bed rest experiment to measure the changes in the size and shape of the visual lobe with time.Seventeen male volunteers participated in the experiment.The visual lobe measurements were performed on the 1st day before bed rest,the 4th day during bed rest,the 9th day during bed rest,the 13th day during bed rest,and the 3rd day after bed rest.Results The results showed that head-down bed rest had a significant effect on the visual lobe.On the 4th day of bed rest,the visual lobe area was significantly reduced,and the irregularity of the visual lobe shape increased.On the 9th day of bed rest,the visual lobe returned to baseline.On the 3rd day after bed rest,the visual lobe tended to hyperopia.Conclusion The experimental results have reference significance for visual function assessment and eye health monitoring under microgravity conditions.
