摘 要:排种检测技术是实现智能播种的关键技术之一,可以为后续播种机械的研发提供基础技术支持。本文对国内外大田播种机械以及排种性能检测技术的研究现状进行总结,重点阐述了检测技术中的光电传感器检测技术、压电脉冲检测技术和CCD摄像检测技术,并对其优缺点进行了分析,指出对于高速播种机械性能的精确检测将成为未来行业的主要发展趋势,为排种器排种性能的提升提供参考。Seed metering detection technology is one of the key technologies to achieve intelligent seeding, which can provide basic technical support for the subsequent research and development of seeding machinery. This paper summarizes the research status of field sowing machinery and seed metering performance detection technology at home and abroad, focuses on the photoelectric sensor detection technology, piezoelectric pulse detection technology and CCD camera detection technology in the detection technology, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and points out that the accurate detection of the performance of high-speed sowing machinery will become the main development trend of the future industry, providing a reference for the improvement of seed metering performance of the seed metering device.
