摘  要:在弃井作业中,常常需要段铣2层套管,采用常规套管段铣工具进行段铣至少需要2趟钻,作业效率低,已不能更好地满足现场作业需求。为此,研制了适用于Ф339.7 mm×Ф244.5 mm套管的双层套管段铣工具。介绍了该工具的结构组成与工作原理;从切削元件的材质、形状、排布以及刀具角度等方面优化了刀具;采用数值模拟的方法确定了套管割断显示机构节流嘴大小。室内试验结果表明,刀具伸出与收回动作可靠,可顺利割断2层套管,通过压降的变化来判断双层套管是否割断可行。现场试验进一步验证了双层套管段铣工具的可靠性,与常规套管段铣工具相比,刀具磨铣效率高、寿命长,1趟钻段铣进尺不小于30 m,可节约作业时间49%,推广应用前景广阔。建议下一步通过优化工具内部流道以降低工具压耗,以此适应于深井段铣作业。所得结论有助于高效的海洋套管切割工具研发。In the abandoned well operations,it is often necessary to milling dual-casing in section.The conventional casing section milling tool requires at least two trips,so the operation efficiency is low,which cannot better meet the requirements of field operation.Therefore,a dual-casing section milling tool forФ339.7 mm×Ф244.5 mm casing was developed.The structure and working principle of the tools were introduced.The cutter was optimized from the material,shape,teeth arrangement and the cutter angle.Numerical simulation was used to determine the choke size of the casing cutting display mechanism.The laboratory test results show that the extension and retraction action of the cutter is reliable,and dual-casing can be cut successfully.The feasibility of cutting dual-casing can be judged by the change of pressure drop.The field test proves the reliability of the dual-casing section milling tool.Compared with the conventional casing section milling tool,the cutter has high milling efficiency and long service life.The milling footage of one trip is not less than 30 m,which can save the operation time by 49%.It has a broad prospect of popularization and application.It is suggested to reduce the pressure loss of the tool by optimizing the internal flow passage,so as to adapt to deep well section milling.The conclusion is helpful to the research and development of efficient cutting tools for offshore casing.
