摘　　要：为了实现水下采矿设备安全而高效的布放与回收,研制了一套采矿船水面支持布放回收系统。该系统可适应水深3000 m、最大提升能力4500 kN,其水下设备采用了法兰螺栓连接和螺纹连接相搭配的连接工艺,扬矿管采用双单根一立柱的形式,满足了水下设备安全连接、高效布放与回收的要求;系统配套了抓管机、水平动力猫道、液压吊卡、铁钻工、液压卡瓦等扬矿管自动化作业设备,可通过集成控制系统实现扬矿管从管柱堆场到井口全过程自动化输送要求。通过厂内组装、主承载结构型式试验、设备及系统功能性试验、码头组装及调试试验,表明该系统具有结构安全、系统稳定可靠以及作业高效的特点。该系统的研制成功可为其他吨位级别的采矿船布放回收系统设计制造提供参考。In order to realize the safe and efficient placement and recovery of deep-sea mining equipment,a set of mining dredger surface support placement and recovery system was developed.It is applicable for water depth of 3000 m and the maximum lifting capacity of 4500 kN.The connection technology of flange bolt connection and thread connection is adopted for the subsea equipment of the system.The lifting pipe of one column with double pipes is adopted,which meets the requirements of safe connection and efficient placement and recovery of subsea equipment of the system.The placement and recovery system is equipped with a set of automatic operation equipment for lifting pipe,such as pipe grabbing crane,horizontal power catwalk,hydraulic elevator,iron roughneck,hydraulic slip,which can realize the automatic transportation of lifting pipe from the pipe string yard to the wellhead by means of integrated control system.Factory assembly,main bearing structure type test,equipment and system functional test,dock assembly and commissioning test show that,the system is featured by safe structure,stable and reliable system,and efficient operation.The successful development of this system can provide reference for the design and manufacture of placement and recovery system of other tonnage mining dredgers.
