摘  要:特殊螺纹接头在井下服役时,因井口装置和井底封隔器的约束及井筒中流体变化的作用,当开关井、压裂液注入和产气时,接头处会发生轴向振动而影响接头密封性。为了从能量耗散角度研究轴向振动对特殊螺纹接头密封性的影响,推导了特殊螺纹密封面处一维连续体微滑理论模型,并通过有限元仿真对比验证该模型的合理性。通过仿真得出不同界面特性、不同压力、不同锥度、不同轴向循环载荷下密封面处能量耗散大小。研究结果表明:相同锥度下密封面处能量耗散大小随着摩擦因数的增加而增加,随法向压力的增加而增加,随轴向载荷的增加而增加;当密封面处锥度增大时,密封面处能量耗散值越大。应适当减小特殊螺纹密封面处锥度,提高特殊螺纹接头密封面处加工工艺,从而减小密封面处能量耗散,以提高接头密封性能。研究结果可为特殊螺纹的研究提供参考。When premium connections are in service downhole,due to the constraints of wellhead device and bottom hole packer as wells the fluid change in the wellbore,axial vibration occurs at the connections when opening and closing the well,injecting fracturing fluid or producing gas,which affects the sealability of premium connections.In order to study the effect of axial vibration on the sealability of premium connections in terms of energy dissipation,a one-dimensional continuum microslip theoretical model at the sealing surface of premium connection was derived.By comparing with the finite element simulations,the rationality of the model was proved.The energy dissipations at the sealing surface with different interface characteristics,different pressures,different tapers,and different axial cyclic loads were obtained from the simulations.The results show that the energy dissipation at the sealing surface increases with the increase of friction coefficient,normal pressure and axial load at the same taper;when the taper at the sealing surface increases,the energy dissipation at the sealing surface increases.Therefore,the taper at the sealing surface of the premium connection should be reduced appropriately and the processing technique at the sealing surface of the premium connection should be improved so as to reduce the energy dissipation at the sealing surface and improve the sealability.The results provide references for the study of premium connections.
