摘　　要：新时代党建的内涵和外延有了丰富和拓展,党建的作用和意义更加重要和深远。高校思想政治工作是建设中国特色高等教育的重要体现,高校只有不断加强基层党建,提升教师的思想政治觉悟和理论水平,才能持续增强思政教育工作能力,真正做到为党育人。教师党支部的党建工作应与学校和教师实际发展需要相结合,引导教师在准确理解新时代党建的含义和内容,深入领悟新时代党建的意义,总结党的执政经验基础上,系统把握党的建设要点,用好党建在教师人才培养和科学研究等主体工作中引领作用,促进各项工作高质量融合发展。The connotation and extension of Party building in the new era have been enriched and expanded,and the role and significance of Party building are more important and far-reaching.Ideological and political work in colleges and universities is an important embodiment of the construction of higher education with Chinese characteristics.Only by continuously strengthening grass-roots Party construction and improving teachers'ideological and political consciousness and theoretical level,can colleges and universities continue to enhance the ability of ideological and political education and truly educate people for the Party.The Party building work of teachers'Party branches should be combined with the actual development needs of schools and teachers.Teachers should be guided to systematically grasp the key points of Party building on the basis of accurately understanding the meaning and content of Party building in the new era,deeply understand the significance of Party building in the new era and summarize the Party's ruling experience,make good use of the leading role of Party building in the main work of teacher talent training and scientific research,and promote the high-quality integrated development of all work.
