摘　　要：学界对新兴技术的概念、发展模式及形成路径尚未形成统一的观点,为此,通过回顾新兴技术的概念界定、梳理新兴技术的主要特征、挖掘创新理论间关联性,对新兴技术的本质及内涵进行阐释;同时,采用创新理论与案例实践相结合的方式,归纳影响新兴技术发展的两类技术创新模式,总结不同创新情境下突破型、适应型、开拓型、开创型4种创新发展路径,并探究各种路径下的内部发展动力和外部影响环境。其中,突破型发展是大型企业满足现有用户需求、保证企业核心利益和取得技术突破的重要技术路径;适应型发展路径能够拓宽新技术或成熟技术的应用领域;开拓型发展路径通过技术融合和技术汇聚,帮助中小型企业破除技术壁垒;开创型发展路径能够推动对经济、社会产生广泛影响的新技术的产生,促进创新型国家发展战略的落实。In view of the academic community has not yet formed a unified views on the concept,development model and formation path of emerging technologies,by reviewing the concept definition of emerging technologies,this paper combs the main characteristics of emerging technologies,excavates the relevance between innovation theories,and explains the essence and connotation of emerging technologies.Through using the combination of innovation theory and case practice,two types of technological innovation models that affecting the development of new technologies and four innovative development paths under different innovation situations are summarized,and the internal development power and external influence environment under various paths of the breakthrough path,adaptive path,extension path and pioneering path are explores.Among them,the breakthrough development is an important technological path for large enterprises to meet the needs of existing users,ensure their core interests and achieve technological breakthroughs;the adaptive path can broaden the application fields of new or mature technologies;the extension path helps small and medium-sized enterprises break down technical barriers through technology integration and technology convergence;the pioneering path can promote the emergence of new technologies that have a wide impact on the economy and society,and promote the implementation of the development strategy of innovative countries.
