摘 要:疫苗预防接种明显减少了疾病的发生及感染者的死亡,对保障全球公众健康发挥了巨大作用,21世纪初全世界每秒钟要接种3万剂疫苗,每年能挽救300万生命。疫苗研发相关技术的不断进步,为研发出高效安全的疫苗以及疫苗质量的不断提升奠定了坚实的基础。本文通过回顾疫苗的发展史,结合我国疫苗的发展情况,对疫苗种类和发展技术进行翔实的概述,并探讨疫苗研发面临的挑战以及研发趋势,以期为我国疫苗的发展提供参考。Vaccination has significantly reduced the incidence of diseases and the deaths of infected people,and has played a huge role in protecting global public health.At the beginning of the 21st century,30000 doses of vaccines were administered every second,which can save 3 million lives every year.The continuous progress of vaccine research and development and related technologies has laid a solid foundation for the development of efficient and safe vaccines and the continuous improvement of vaccine quality.This paper reviews the history of vaccine development,and gives a detailed overview of vaccine types and related technologies in combination with the development of vaccines in China.It also discusses the challenges and trends of vaccine research and development,with a view to providing reference for the development of vaccines in China.
