摘　　要：全球汽车行业的高速发展,给人们带来便利的同时也带来了严重的空气质量污染,为了面对日益严重的燃油汽车尾气排放污染问题,本文讨论了采用蜂窝陶瓷催化剂过滤净化排放尾气的办法来解决。文中首先对汽车尾气污染的化学成分进行了概述,指出其是城市空气污染的主要来源,进而论述了蜂窝陶瓷材料的制备过程,重点讲解了蜂窝陶瓷挤压成型法、蜂窝陶瓷热压铸成型法两种工艺流程以及给出了常规的蜂窝陶瓷烧成温度曲线。最后还论述了汽车蜂窝陶瓷过滤尾气原理以及现代新型汽车尾气环保处理技术,同时较为详细的讲解了TWC、GPF原理结构与参数配置等内容。The rapid development of the global automobile industry has brought convenience to people, but also brought serious air quality pollution. In order to face the increasingly serious problem of exhaust emissions from fuel vehicles, this paper discusses the use of honeycomb ceramic catalysts to filter and purify exhaust emissions. to solve. This paper firstly summarizes the chemical composition of automobile exhaust pollution, points out that it is the main source of urban air pollution, then discusses the preparation process of honeycomb ceramic materials, and focuses on the honeycomb ceramic extrusion molding method and the honeycomb ceramic hot die casting method. The process flow and the conventional firing temperature curve of honeycomb ceramics are given. Finally, the principle of automobile honeycomb ceramic filtration exhaust gas and the environmental protection treatment technology of modern new automobile exhaust gas are discussed. At the same time, the principle structure and parameter configuration of TWC and GPF are explained in detail.
