摘 要:本文介绍了注凝石英陶瓷生产过程中碱土金属引起的几种析晶现象,重点分析了碱土类金属对材料析晶和强度的影响。采用原子吸收和XRD对材料的元素组成和晶相进行了测试,分析了析晶的形成原因和析晶对材料产生的影响,提出了解决和避免材料析晶的有效措施。In this paper,several common crystallization phenomena caused by alkaline earth metals in the production of fused silica ceramics were introduced,analyzed and summarized.The effects of alkaline earth metals on the crystallization and strength of the materials were analyzed.The element composition and crystal phase of the crystallized materials were tested by atomic absorption and XRD.The reasons for the crystallization on the materials were analyzed and its influences were test.In the end,the effective measures to avoid the crystallization were put forward.
