基于“鼻五度辨证”思想结合中医体质学说治疗鼻病的理论探析

摘　　要：鼻窒、鼻鼽、鼻渊、鼻衄等病是中医五官科的常见病,基于中医整体观、辨证论治的思想,将熊大经教授创立的“鼻五度辨证”思想与中医九大体质学说结合用于治疗鼻病,充分发挥中医的优势,“治病求本”,从根本上纠正患者偏颇体质,能够极大提高鼻病的治愈率、减少疾病复发。Chronic rhinitis,allergic rhinitis,acute or chronic rhinosinusitis,nose bleeding and other diseases are common diseases in the ENT of TCM.Based on the holistic view of TCM.and the thought of syndrome differentiation,the idea of“five degrees of syndrome differentiation of the nose”created by Professor Xiong Dajing is combined with the nine major constitutions of TCM The doctrine is combined with the treatment of nasal diseases,giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in“seeking the root cause”to fundamentally improve the patient’s physique and reduce the recurrence of nasal diseases.
