摘 要:从水玻璃结合、木钙结合和凝胶粉结合3种结合体系研究不同结合体系对机压无碳砖性能的影响。从湿坯强度、常温、1000℃和1550℃烧后抗折耐压强度和1450℃×30 min高温抗折强度进行性能对比分析,结果表明:(1)水玻璃结合体系中,试样湿坯强度和各温度段烧后强度都较高,但是由于引入低熔物钠,导致试样高温抗折强度低;(2)木钙结合体系中,试样湿坯强度、各温度段烧后强度都较低;(3)凝胶粉结合体系中,试样湿坯强度、各温度段烧后强度和高温抗折强度较高。根据测试结果,选取凝胶粉结合无碳机压钢包砖进行现场试用,从现场试用情况来看,钢包砖平均侵蚀速率0.525 mm/次,使用效果较好。The effects of different bonding systems on the properties of mechanically pressed carbon free brick were studied from three bonding systems:water glass bonding,wood calcium bonding and gel powder bonding.From the strength of green billet,normal temperature,1000℃and 1550℃after firing flexural compressive strength and 1450℃×30 min high temperature flexural strength for comparative analysis,the conclusions were as follows:(1)In the water glass bonding system,the green strength of the sample and the strength after burning at each temperature were high,but due to the introduction of low-melting sodium,the high temperature flexural strength of the sample was low;(2)In the wood-calcium binding system,the wet billet strength of the sample and the after-burning strength of each temperature section were relatively low;(3)In the gel powder bonding system,the wet green strength,the strength after firing at various temperatures and the high-temperature bending strength of the samples were higher.According to the test results,gel powder combined with carbon free machine pressed ladle bricks were selected for field trial.From the field trial,the average erosion rate of ladle bricks was 0.525 mm/time,and the use effect was good.
