摘  要:煤炭直接液化工艺中减压炉被加热介质含有大量的固体颗粒,为减缓固体冲蚀,炉管采用螺旋呈椭圆跑道型式。被加热介质在炉管加热过程中呈现汽液固三相状态,极易结焦。针对螺旋跑道型炉管建立沸腾传热模型,并依据模型进行炉管的结焦位置判定。In the direct coal liquefaction process,the heating medium of the decompression furnace contains a large amount of solid particles.In order to slow down the solid erosion,the furnace tube adopts a spiral elliptical runway type.During the heating process of the furnace tube,the heated medium presents a three-phase state of vapor,liquid and solid,which is very easy to coke.A boiling heat transfer model is established for the spiral track type furnace tube,and the coking position of the furnace tube is determined according to the model.
