摘 要:总结电瓷行业固态废弃物的来源与分类,通过精选分类、杂质控制、釉层低熔物屏蔽等技术,将电瓷废料作为不定形耐火材料原料引入到各类不定形耐火材料产品中,并对普通电瓷废料制备的耐热混凝土、高强电瓷废料制备的高炉基建用喷涂料、废旧耐磨球制备的高铝质自流浇注料等产品的各项物理、化学性能进行了检测,通过与各个产品的行业标准理化性能指标的对比,得出结论:电瓷行业固态废旧物可大量应用于不定形耐火材料中,废旧电瓷利用率超过40%,经济效益可提高30%,可节约大量的矿生耐火原料资源。The sources and classification of solid waste in electric porcelain industry were summarized.The electric porcelain wastes were introduced into all kinds of amorphous refractory products as raw materials through selection and classification,impurity control,glaze low melting shielding and other technologies.The physical and chemical properties of heat-resistant concrete prepared from ordinary electric porcelain wastes,gunning mix for blast furnace infrastructure prepared from high-strength electric porcelain wastes and high alumina self-flowing castables prepared from waste wear-resistant balls were tested.By comparing with the industry standard of physical and chemical performance indexes of various products,the solid waste materials in the electric porcelain industry could be widely used in amorphous refractories.The utilization rate of waste electric porcelain exceeded 40%,the economic benefit could be increased by 30%,and a large number of mineral refractory raw material resources could be saved.
