摘 要:为了改变传统陶瓷烘房控制管理中出现的温湿度不均匀、劳动强度大、产品干燥质量差等缺点,研究开发了陶瓷烘房远程分布式自动化测控系统。首先概述了陶瓷烘房的一般结构与组成、直燃式烘房的干燥测量与控制的工艺原理。然后论述了包含DCS自治站点、DCS中心站点、DCS远程站点等三层的陶瓷烘房远程分布式控制宏观架构,同时对每一层的功能与内容进行了详细讲解。最后重点论述了每一层软件设计以及涉及的关键算法,并给出了系统在国内某陶瓷企业的实际应用开发情况。企业应用反馈表明,该陶瓷烘房远程分布式控制系统具有干燥质量高、设备维护方便、扩展性好等优点。In order to change the disadvantages of uneven temperature and humidity,high labor intensity and poor drying quality of products in the traditional control and management of ceramic drying rooms,a remote distributed automatic measurement and control system for ceramic drying rooms is researched and developed.The general structure and composition of the ceramic drying room,and the technological principle of the drying measurement and control of the direct-fired drying room are firstly summarized.Then the macro-architecture of remote distributed control of ceramic drying room including DCS autonomous site,DCS central site,DCS remote site,etc.,are discussed and the function and content of each layer are explained in detail.Finally,the software design of each layer and the key algorithms involved are discussed,and the actual application and development of the system in a domestic ceramic enterprise is given.Enterprise application feedback shows that the remote distributed control system of the ceramic drying room has the advantages of high drying quality,convenient equipment maintenance and good expansibility.
